Leslie Rion joined Meridian in 2015, bringing with her 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Meridian, she was a wealth management advisor at TIAA and a financial advisor at Hilliard Lyons, Morgan Keegan, and Lexington Investment Company. Leslie’s focus is on multi-generational client relationships. She enjoys guiding clients through significant life events and challenges, with particular attention to proper asset allocation, income plans, and devising comprehensive visions for the future.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. She is a former board member and current active member of the Professional Women’s Forum.

Leslie resides in Lexington with her husband, Scott. In her time outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spinning classes, and spending time with their four adult children.
